We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will play a pivotal position in helping support our data governance & management strategy & architecture. You will help maintain and ensure our data systems & operations are running correctly & efficiently using a combination of existing tooling and tooling that you will help bring to the business. You will also help our development & data team implement scalable data infrastructure that will support our larger business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by managing current exception tools & innovating new tools as needed

• Develop and maintain automated data processes

• Identify and triage data integrity issues, database performance & operational issues

• Maintain data models and database schemas

• Develop and maintain documentation related to data infrastructure and operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, as well as maintain database performance and availability

• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new data-related projects and initiatives

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

• Partner with other Data & Development team members to implement backend processes for application development

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or related field

• 2+ years of working within Microsoft SQL Server and Analysis, Integration, and Reporting and Notification Services

• Experience with data modeling, database design, and database administration

• Knowledge of Snowflake or other Data Cloud tool is a plus

• Experience with Python or other programming language is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages as required

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
