Data Networking Logic Design/Verification Engineer
In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
Work as part of a team to develop and document test plans, and test bench architectures
Code verification test bench components for functional blocks, subsystems, and SoC (System on a Chip) using System Verilog and UVM
Develop and analyze functional and code coverage to support verification effort. Utilize formal techniques to enhance coverage
Work with team members to debug and resolve complex design and verification problems as part of the overall development
Develop and code test cases for blocks, subsystems and SoCs, work with other team members and designers to debug test cases
As part of a development team perform Logic design for functional blocks and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for functional blocks and SoCs
Perform high level design, develop timing constraints, and synthesize designs
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
The candidate must have a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar and 6+ months of experience in:
Graduate Degree in Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. (MSCE or MSEE)
Digital logic design concepts and techniques and had related coursework
Experience and/or coursework coding designs or verification functions using System Verilog
Programming and debugging concepts
3+ months of experience in:
Project developing or testing digital RTL based designs using industry standard tools and methods
Linux shell and shell scripting, or C, Python, Perl programming
Data networking concepts. E.g. Ethernet, Switching and Routing, TCP/IP etc.
