The Data Management Specialist will perform a variety of basic personnel related clerical duties including, but not limited to, data entry, administrative operations, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and basic functions relative to customer service.

The Data Management Specialist can expect to assume the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry for all areas in the Human Resources department

  • Utilize HRIS applications to access and extract essential information and reports

  • Ensure the integrity of data being submitted in the HRIS applications

  • Review reports to ensure accuracy

  • Provide administrative assistance to all areas of the Human Resources department

  • Perform other duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in an office/clerical environment (preferred); The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point (Access preferred); Demonstrate multi-tasking and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to establish work priorities and work independently.
