KBX Technology Solutions, LLC, a provider of transportation technology to industry leaders, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Management Leader to join our DnA (Data and Analytics) team. Your primary responsibilities will be leading the strategic direction, development, and operation of the company's enterprise data platform. This role involves overseeing data architecture, engineering, and integration to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance data solutions that drive business intelligence and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across various business units.

Our Team

The DnA team is looking for a skilled Data Management Leader who will be responsible in ensuring the efficient management and utilization of data across the organization. They will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of data and enabling the organization to leverage its data assets effectively.

What You Will Do

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data professionals.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data platform strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise data platform.

• Implement best practices for data integration, ETL processes, and data pipelines.

• Enforce data governance policies and procedures.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.

• Work closely with business leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

• Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the data platform.

• Stay abreast of industry trends in data management and sharing knowledge to team members and the organization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in data management OR data architecture

• Experience supervising and mentoring data professionals providing continuous coaching and feedback

• Experience managing and utilizing data warehouses, data lakes, ETL processes, to drive business intelligence and decision making

• Experience working in an enterprise cloud environment with AWS or Azure or GCP

• Experience establishing data governance and data quality practices

• Experience creating and executing on an organizations data strategy

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or data science

• Experience designing and implementing data models and database structures to support the organizations data management needs

• Experience applying machine learning and AI applications in data management.

• Experience managing and utilizing Snowflake data warehouse

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
