Salary: NegotiablePosition Overview: The Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a skilled Data Management Analyst to perform critical data management functions using TopVue. This role involves ensuring that Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) are actioned, tracked, and responded to within assigned deadlines.Responsibilities: 

• Provide input and recommendations for developing and implementing configuration and data management systems.
• Review, track, update, and archive ASE Product CDRLs and configuration control documents, including specifications, Interface Control Documents, and Engineering Change Orders, to manage the approved ASE Product design baseline.
• Offer expertise in planning, execution, and control of configuration management, status accounting, data management, and standardization programs for ASE systems development and integration.
• Utilize data management systems such as WindChill, TopVue, and SharePoint applications to support technical data management.
• Coordinate with the technical engineering team to enhance CDRL review efficiency and support Configuration Management (CM) activities within the PMO Technical Division and the Product Offices.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to work regularly from the customer facility unless approved to work remotely.
• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college, with ABET accreditation preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of combined Government/DoD experience in relevant roles.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a DoD acquisition project management office.Security Requirements: Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance or higher is mandatory to begin work on the task order.
