Data Integrity Coordinator

PurposePrimary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality and integrity of the Master Data within the Ravago Americas ERP system.Areas of Responsibility / TasksPerformance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below. * Essential functions (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)* Set up new customers, vendors, warehouses, payment terms, products, and other master data in the Ravago Americas ERP system * Maintain existing customers, vendors, warehouses, payment terms, products, and other master data in the Ravago Americas ERP system * Ensure high quality/integrity of data * Handle data migration projects when new companies are merged into the Ravago Americas ERP system. * Represent the data integrity when working with other departments * Maintain and optimize the data forms * All other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities * Not ApplicableCompetencies; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility.
