Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Data Integrity Clerk to join out team based out of Newtown, Pennsylvania!

Performs on-going data abstraction and reporting for various quality regulatory programs and disease/procedure-specific registry purposes, including but not limited to: the American College of Cardiology (ACC), National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR), Joint Commission (TJC), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4) and the Surgical Thoracic Society (STS). Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data definitions and data collection guidelines, educates clinicians on requirements, advocates for clinical documentation improvements that would enhance workflow, maintains at least a 95% accuracy rate for data abstraction and adheres to data submission due dates. Provides support to service lines in mining and interpreting various databases in support of St. Mary and Trinity Health strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• One of the following: RN,RHIA, LPN or RHIT

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2-4 Years Related Experience
