Current Need

McKesson is seeking a Data Integrity Associate to join our Master Data team in Richmond, VA or in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Description

This role is responsible for research, analysis, and the maintenance of products within our Primary Care and Extended Care databases. These goals are accomplished through daily triaging of product adds and maintenance tickets though the departments Master Data Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze and verification of data to add new items to the database following strict SOP guidelines

  • Follow up with requestors which includes CSR, Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Materials Management and Marketing internal business units.

  • Perform item maintenance tasks following strict SOP and Sarbanes guidelines.

  • Meet and support SLA and metric goals

Minimum Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in data analysis or customer service

  • 2+ years' experience in Customer Service and/or Medical background

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Access)

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with deliverables completed on time and with high quality

  • Strong attention to detail

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team

  • Results oriented, effective as both a team member and independent worker with strong attention to detail

Education

HS diploma required, 2-year degree in business or related field preferred.

Participates in day to day operation of the IT Security Group including incident forensics, risk analysis, threat assessment and mitigation activities.</p><p>Under general supervision, performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Works with application development and systems infrastructure IT teams to implement procedures to accommodate them. <br><br> Implementation of the technical architecture and recommendations related to data security for both application development and IT infrastructure projects.
