The Data Input & Research Specialist is responsible for assisting with administrative duties in support of the Audit & Assurance department. The primary duty is to collect and organize data into the company's customer relationship management system, Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a seasonal role with a start date of September 16th through December 31st.


  • Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Compare Data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors

  • Compile, Locate and correct errors

  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work

  • Survey reports and sheets of data

  • Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product

  • Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

  • Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

  • Demonstrated typing accuracy

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company


  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong organizational, research, and communication skills; and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are also required

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. The Provider Data Associate is a non-exempt position within the Provider Data Management Department. This position reports to the Provider Data Management Supervisors. The individual in this position plays a major role in the analysis and maintenance of provider data. The person in this position will also provide constructive feedback on quality issues which can be addressed through focused training to better maintain provider data. The individual will interface with a few departments within the organization by performing analysis of provider data and provide detailed as well as executive data entry decisions. This position requires the candidate to utilize independent judgment, critical thinking, problem solving skills, logic and discretion to work in a fast paced production driven environment. The candidate is responsible for organizing and inputting all the required information while creating, maintaining and updating provider data in the claims transaction system. PDM receives its data from a variety of sources, systems and department; it is our job to place it into one coherent stream. Knowledge and understanding of contracts, rates and fee schedules is a plus. Candidates are not required to answer phones or process patient charts but should have excellent communication, computer and organizational skills. This role requires dependability, analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
