What you do:
We are seeking a Data Governance Projects & Strategic Planning Manager to join our team and lead the data literacy and data & AI communication efforts for the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, and to partner on these efforts for the broader organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing on a communication plan to ensure the department is aligned on data & AI efforts, and the organization is aware of learning opportunities related to data & AI. Additionally this role will be responsible for reporting to Allianz SE on our data & AI efforts, and managing special projects within the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, organization and communication skills, and experience leading strategic projects.
A successful candidate will have background in:

6+ years' experience required in Financial Services or related field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienced required
