If so, we want you on our team We are seeking an experienced Data Governance and Quality SAP Data Analyst to take a leading role in enhancing data quality and supporting clean data initiatives as part of a pre-migration project to SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities Data Profiling : Perform detailed reviews of data to assess its quality, identify inconsistencies, and pinpoint areas for improvement. Data Quality Management : Establish data quality rules, conduct validation checks, and recommend targeted solutions to correct data issues.

Data Governance : Work with relevant stakeholders to uphold data governance standards while promoting best practices for data management. Data Migration and Integration : Support SAP data migration efforts by cleaning and structuring data, assisting in data mapping, and integrating inputs from various sources. Reporting and Analytics : Create and maintain dashboards and reports that showcase KPIs related to data quality and system operations.

Collaboration with SAP Functional Teams : Collaborate with functional teams across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO) to diagnose and resolve data-related problems. Process Improvement : Discover opportunities for process and system optimization and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in SAP data management. Documentation and Training : Maintain documentation on methodologies, and create training materials to educate teams on efficient data management approaches.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Data Science (preferred). SAP certifications are a strong plus. Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP data management, with a focus on data profiling and data quality. Practical experience with multiple SAP platforms, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW.

Familiarity with data profiling tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica) and strong expertise in data quality processes. Knowledge of data integration, migration, and transformation workflows within SAP environments. Additional Qualifications:

Virtual interview preference via Zoom, coordinated by the manager. EST or CST time zone candidates preferred. Proficiency in data governance principles and scripting/automation tools.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or advanced SAP certifications is a bonus. Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Location and Schedule Work Hours:
