This is a one-year limited term position based in Auburn, AL. Continuation of employment is contingent upon extramural funding availability.
The Data & Evaluation Manager will provide guidance and oversight to the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program's (EFNEP) evaluation and data collection process.

Essential Functions
Manages and oversees all processes related to EFNEP participant data collection and data entry.
Maintains current understanding and knowledge of required reporting system.
Develops protocols and procedures for county staff on data collection, tracking, and timely reporting.
Provides ongoing support and technical assistance to all EFNEP staff.
Ensures quality and accuracy of data.
Generates and submits data and progress reports to EFNEP staff and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
Analyzes trends in participant data to inform program management and development.
Provides continuous improvement opportunities for data entry and collection processes.
Collaborates on a regular basis with EFNEP state staff on relevant projects.
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information relating to participant data.
Supervises data entry personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Level I: Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Level II: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
Level III: Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
Substitutions allowed for Experience:
Degrees accepted in lieu of experience, at a rate of one year relevant education per year of required experience.
