Job Overview: The Data EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) Pipeline Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines to manage and streamline the catalog data. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and efficient flow of data from various sources into the EPC system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for EPC systems.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog of catalog data, ensuring timely processing and integration.

• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop solutions.

• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, resolving issues promptly.

• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipeline processes and workflows.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and automotive technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on pipeline development and maintenance.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

• Experience with data pipeline tools and platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache NiFi, Airflow).

• Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.

• Familiarity with EPC systems and automotive catalog data is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
