Data Entry Specialist

Do you have previous administrative office experience and are ready for a change? Advantage Resourcing is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to work for our client in Warwick, RI. We have partnered with the industry's premier 'one-stop shop' for a full range of manufacturing services. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data within our partner company's databases and systems. If you have at least two years of related work experience, are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and are eager to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect job for you!

Pay: $18-$20 per hour (Based on experience)

1st Shift Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Inputting and updating data into company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Verifying the accuracy of data entries and making necessary corrections.

• Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files per company procedures.

• Assisting with data cleanup and validation projects to improve data quality.

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.

• At least two years of previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
