Position Description

We are looking for team members driven and excited to learn something new every day! The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for reviewing documents for each transaction for accuracy/completeness, coordinating with vendors to correct any discrepancies/errors, and entering the transaction into the system. This position requires the Data Entry Specialist to possess a high attention to detail as this position involves responsibility for accuracy of documentation critical to the real estate transaction. Qualified candidates must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Prior industry experience in mortgage processing, title, closing, and escrow is preferred, but not required

VIEW JOBS 5/13/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-08-11T00:00 Brief Overview: Provides reporting and insights of the agency behavior data to operations management to enable the ability to make data-driven decisions that can drive services and improve overall program performance. * Accountable for data processing and analysis; collects day-to-day data and analyzes data trends and performance data. * Guides decision-making processes through the collection and analysis of available data. * Compiles statistical data, interpret data and develop reporting and analysis. * Analyzes and understands the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Agency and all the multiple data sources. * Provides oversight of Agency database, including tracking and organizing enterprise-wide data and generating performance reports. * Assists departments with the coordination of audit information, and recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms, procedures, etc. * Engineers and reports all data types, and integrate multiple data sources. * Provides support to the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Team in the continuous improvement initiatives. * Assists the PQI Team with maintaining current accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans and effectiveness monitoring. * Perform statistical analysis related to areas such as incident reports, employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, talent management, and financial performance. * Provides internal support to operations management in the tracking, maintenance, statistical analysis and automation of custom reports. * Engages in self-evaluation to establish goals for professional development. * Seeks and uses supervision from direct supervisor. * All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: An earned Bachelor's degree with (1) years or more of direct experience in database administration function. Applicant must have a solid knowledge of data analytics practices and programming/scripting experience. Proficiency in structured query language (SQL) required; data manipulation. Strong background in dashboard system, experience using Tableau dashboard desired. Experience with applied probability and statistics. Experience with statistical analysis software (i.e. SPSS, SAS, etc.), preferred.
