We are seeking a highly motived, self-starter with a great work ethic and an understanding of company programs and processes for the Data Entry Specialist Part Time position.

Adcomm is currently seeking a motivated individual to fill our Data Specialist position. Individual must be detail oriented and hard working with a strong focus on fulfilling assignments accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Description:

This is a part-time, hourly position which will require data entry as well as some reporting skills to support validation of data imports form Client softwares. The schedule for this position will be 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursdays.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Entering data from multiple sources into computer systems for storage, processing, & data management purposes

  • Scheduling & rescheduling orders based on client provided dates/times.

  • Expediting pertinent work order information from and to internal departments as well as clients on a daily basis

  • Generating reports and data counts

  • Analyzing current report templates to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 2+ years data entry, reporting or relevant experience

  • PC proficiency, Math and detail-oriented skills

  • Verbal & written communication skills / Ability to interact well with others

  • Organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 2013 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or above

  • Ability to work independently with general direction and guidelines, yet know when to request assistance

  • Advanced knowledge & experience in report comprehension/development
