This is a Full-Time Non-Civil Service position with Metro Action Commission with medical, dental, pension, and insurance benefits. The position is under the direct supervision of the Family Development Coordinator. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing administrative work in the support, operation, and coordination of the computerized client information management systems used by the Community Programs Division for all programs and services.
Accurately assess the completed client application requirements for eligibility according to the funding contract and guidelines for service delivery
Assist in monitoring and ensuring Community Programs are in compliance with agency and state program guidelines
Respond to inquiries and phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Demonstrate working knowledge of personal computers with intermediate to advanced level experience
Maintain case records in the THO software database as well as physical case records as instructed and required by funding grantor
Maintain customer confidentiality
Read and follow state and/or federal regulations and attend state/local trainings when appropriate
High School Diploma and two (2) years of data entry experience.Valid Driver License
