Key Responsibilities

• The Data Entry, HVAC Piping Labor Tracking individual will enter information from invoices and orders into PO's.

• Other duties include scanning in packing slips into the company's operating system, filing, following up on back orders as needed and scheduling deliveries.

• Gather initial labor tracking information from drawings and estimates.

• Enter information into tracking spreadsheets.

• Email/call foreman to ensure weekly tracking pictures are being emailed.

• Print pictures and highlight tracking drawings.

• Training will be provided on the above tasks.

• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in construction preferred, not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel required).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• A desire to learn new things.

• Drug test, background check and a clean driving record are pre-employment requirements.

• Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction); use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; stand for long periods of time.
