Job Profile Summary:

CAI is looking for a Product Specification/ Data Entry Specialist in the Hershey area to work with plant and regional Quality Assurance personnel and the recipe specialist team to support the enrichment of data defining products to enable full and complete Product Quality Specification report generation. This is a 6 month position with possible extension

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Obtaining current data from multiple sources including existing specification documentation and reports, plant QA personnel, regional QRC, product development, continuous improvement

  • Updating data on the recipe specification, in defined locations in the SAP PDM (Product Data Management) system

Qualifications:

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Organized

  • Detail oriented

  • Familiarity with data entry, data management

  • SAP data entry experience

Skills Preferred:

  • Knowledge of chocolate and non chocolate confections is preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor

Hershey Medical Center is searching for an outcome driven Healthcare Data Analyst to support our Orthopaedics Administration team! The Healthcare Data Analyst, Orthopaedics Administration is responsible for customer-focused reporting, analysis, and data visualization, providing support to the leadership of the Academic Practice Division of the Penn State Health System. In addition, the analyst facilitates the development and maintenance of data collection, analysis, and reporting of internal and external information to assist leadership in making sound business decisions. The Healthcare Data Analyst selected for this vital role will promote data integrity through using and developing standard based measures and will be tasked with data preparation for submission of data to national and specialty registries as well as creating functional department dashboards to present to department leadership. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Science, Healthcare Management, or related field. Three (3) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team structure. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, graphing, macros and VBA scripting). Understanding of relational databases and querying techniques (e.g. SQL). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA/MHA preferred. Experience with Cerner EMR preferred. Experience with Qlik (BI Analytics tool) is advantageous. Experience in and/or understanding of the academic healthcare environment is a plus. Process improvement experience is desirable.
