Data Entry Clerk

Wholesale Express, one of the country's largest transportation and logistics companies, located in Chandler, AZ, moves thousands of cars a day! You heard that right. And, we can't operate smoothly without skilled accounting support behind our multi-million dollar operation, so we are seeking a new addition to join our accounting team that specializes in Data Entry!

This exciting opportunity is a great fit for an individual with 2 + years' experience in data entry, documentation, or general accounting and administrative office functions. Someone who is extremely dependable, with a keen eye for detail, and a knack for quick and accurate data entry. This position will work daily on reviewing receipts and documents for goods that have shipped (Bill of Lading) and processing payments in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry involving a high volume of transactions
• Reviewing and inputting payments into our software system
• Review and verify all invoices for accuracy
• Providing Additional Administrative support as needed
• Review bill of ladings (receipts for shipment of vehicles) received from carriers to ensure completed delivery of transports & ensure that it matches information in the cargo & accounting systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Solid Work History and Excellent Attendance record at work (highly dependable)
• Minimum of 2+ years' professional experience in office administration, data entry, or accounting (ex: billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting clerk, data entry)
• Familiarity with Accounting Systems
• Ability to work in a timely and accurate manner with repetitive tasks
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Energetic, Positive and Upbeat personality
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
• Intermediate computer skills including extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to pass a detailed background check
