Data Entry Clerk

Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Data Entry Clerk in Burgettstown, PA. Schedule: 9am

• 4pm, Monday

• Friday

Pay rate: $16/hr.

Data Entry Clerk essential functions:

• Coordinating team input on various deadlines for specific projects

• Proofing and tracking of manufacturer programs and promotions

• Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets

• Handling customer service calls and feedback responses

• Recording and documenting procedures

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling email, files, mailings, and deliveries; and other tasks as may be required

• Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized

• Provide support to staff members and departments, including organization of on-site and off-site team events

Qualifications:

• Entry level position, office experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizing and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with MS office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Team player with good interpersonal skills
