Title:  Data Entry Clerk - AP & ARJob #16592531Industry:  Real Estate DevelopmentLocation:  Burlington, ONSalary:  $45,000 to $50,000 Salary + Benefits, In-OfficeOur client is a successful and well-established real estate developer looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk on a full-time basis to work from their lovely offices in downtown Burlington (ample free parking).About the Role:The Data Entry Clerk will play an immediate role in supporting the conversion to/implementation of a new home builder software application. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute precise data entry of system data into a new system environment
2. Always uphold data integrity and confidentiality
3. Regularly assess and update existing data to ensure accuracy
4. Collaborate effectively with team members on data-related and all other tasks
5. Accept the challenge of learning new tasks and skills as directed
6. Willingness to learn and evolve in this role as needed, particularly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support.

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Effective communication abilities, both oral and written
4. Proficient in data entry and management tools
5. Capacity to work independently
6. Basic bookkeeping knowledge but willingness to expand this knowledge as needed

1. Demonstrated experience in data entry or a related discipline.
2. Strong emphasis on detail and precision.
3. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable are a MUST have.
4. Previous experience in the Residential Home Building industry would be an asset, but not required.
5. Diploma or degree in accounting - recent grad or in pursuit.
