Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Rep

• Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring information is inputted correctly and efficiently.
• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Maintain professionalism with proper phone etiquette.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Support the Customer Service team as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers with their needs.
