CDR Maguire Inc., a national engineering and emergency management firm, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for the Fort Myers area. The Data entry Clerk will be responsible for entering data into ADMS accurately and efficiently.

Essential Functions

Reconciling invoices to supporting documentation.
Documenting discrepancies identified with data.
Gather, manage, and organize all documentation including scanning, uploading, filing and re-naming.

Requirements

High school education, GED or equivalent
Ability to mobilize within 24-48 hours and be physically able to work under disaster conditions
Have an operational cell phone
Provide your own reliable transportation
A valid driver's license, social security card, and proof of car insurance are required
Must be a U.S. citizen or applicable Work Visa

In this role, you work independently to clean, maintain, troubleshoot and install our ice machines, aiming to increase equipment life and reliability, reduce service calls and emergency ice purchases, all while increasing customer happiness and loyalty. If you are mechanically skilled, enthusiastic and able to forge lasting relationships among internal and external customers, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conducts repairs, service, installations, removals, and preventive maintenance on Ice machines. Works at customer locations and within refurbishment centers.</li><li>Tests machines as assigned to confirm compliance with all federal, state, and local water/ice quality regulations.</li><li>Ensures that tools and equipment are in good working order. Maintains spare parts inventory on truck and communicates need for additional supplies.
