JOB SUMMARY:
The Information Analyst will play a crucial role in our Operations Information Management team. Focusing on fielding data change requests within the SAP Plant Maintenance, Master Data, and/or Documentation Management modules, this position supports our North Slope assets and assists various discipline engineers within our Anchorage office. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and efficient data management processes, contributing to the overall success of our operation

This is a Contingent Workforce Program position
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage and process email requests related to changes or updates to SAP Planned Maintenance records, Master Data, and Documentation. Timely attention to these requests is essential, which primarily involves stakeholder communication/coordination and data change tasks within the SAP system
ERP Project Support: While the team is engaged in the global ERP migration project, this role may be required to contribute with testing, data validations, and/or data changes in SAP
Cross-System Data Changes: Work closely with additional team members to facilitate cross-system data changes
Evaluate Historical Data Practices: Assess historical and status quo data practices to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong technical skills in Microsoft products and SAP
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of oil field processes, equipment, and documentation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with technical, operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance personnel
Analytical skills for issue analysis and providing documentation/data guidance
Builds positive relationships across organizations, fostering a strong work environment
Able to read and understand engineering documentation
