Looking for Data Entry experts! Responsibilities for the Data Entry Clerks include interfacing with external clients and verifying documents.

Job Overview TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts. This position is responsible for providing customer support to Creganna customers, carrying the customer voice throughout the organization, and taking proactive measures to ensure an Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE). Responsibilities & Qualifications * Secure and process orders from existing and potential customers. * Work with the commercial sales organization to forecast revenue and develop business strategies for critical accounts. * Roll-up an updated revenue forecast for assigned accounts monthly as a part of the site's Sales and Operations Planning process. * Report when day-to-day ordering and schedule changes impact revenue forecasts. * Inform and follow up with customers in regard to all details (status, delivery dates, quality control, complaints, etc.) of their orders from inception to completion. * Drive resolution to problems and inquiries in regard to customer returns, out of specification product, late orders, deliveries, etc., while maintaining constant communication with the customer. * Deliver quotes for potential contracts and existing accounts with support from a technical quoting team. * Work with the commercial sales organization and internal departments (Operations, Quality, R&D, etc.) to ensure all customer needs are met. * Provide necessary feedback to operations, quality, the customer, and management as needed. * Maintain client information and account files. * Elevate potentially late orders and problematic orders to site management team to drive resolution. * Once proficient at job, train new inside sales staff in customer service and computer input (EPICOR). * Must develop an understanding of commonly used practices and procedures in the medical device component industry (training provided). * Sell and market the capabilities of Creganna Tualatin with written and oral information to generate business.
