Position Summary
The Data Coordinator will independently manage and analyze data for the Customer Experience team ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support business decisions through data insights. In addition to maintaining precise records, this role will provide administrative support to the Director, Customer Experience. The Data Coordinator will thrive in autonomy, handle confidential information with discretion, excel at summarizing data for impactful decision-making, and is expected to quickly get up to speed with PFX and CX processes and business
Where you'll work
This role is based our of our headquarters offices in downtown Pawtucket, RI. Our in office schedule is hybrid based and designed to encourage collaboration and relationship building, while still offering the flexibility and balance of working from home three days a week, with just two days in office. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
What you'll be doing
Manage and interpret data of varying sizes and complexity, ranging from individual customer records to reports with 6,000+ customers across 150+ vendors
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, & insights using various tools for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization in an easy-to-understand format
Facilitate reporting and audit guidance to the Customer Experience team and share outcomes with the Director by categorizing and summarizing feedback
Review customer surveys to provide insights for process improvement
Create and maintain reports on key metrics and performance tracking on a regular and ad-hoc basis
Assist the Director with scheduling, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed
Able to concisely interpret data and provide recommendations about departmental needs with minimal direction while ensuring quality and integrity of work and meeting deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
Experience with Google Suite, Excel, Infor, HubSpot, Tableau (preferred), Phocas (preferred), and queries
An intermediate level of Excel and Google Sheets knowledge (non-exhaustive list: data cleaning; pivot tables; reference lookups & logic; functions including sum, count, average, if, concatenate, etc.; basic charts; data validation; conditional formatting)
High School diploma, bachelors degree preferred
