Role description - the Data Coordinator Lead will partner with the Data and Technology Manager to support special projects and operational technical, reporting and data requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven working experience as a data analyst

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to analyze reports and turn them into actionable insights

  • Experience regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques

  • Expert knowledge of and experience with reporting using excel

  • Independent, organized, efficient and detail oriented

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to interact professionally with management, clients and vendor

  • Strong technical, analysis, debugging and problem-resolution

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational excellence

Summary of Duties:

  • Support operational and special projects, reporting and technology needs

  • Generate and analyze reporting for clients and internal procedure requirements

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

  • Analyze and process vendor invoices and identify issues with a view to resolve

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

  • Respond directly to internal clients with reporting and information to questions as directed

  • Execute data Integrity Projects to ensure quality/clean data

  • Execute reconciliation of records

  • Lead the running of Global Disposition routines

  • Support technical inquiries and reporting requirements as needed

  • Acquire data from primary and/or secondary data sources, import and maintaining databases

  • Super user administration of business applications e.g. user configurations, entitlement management, acceptance testing development and execution

  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations

Required Skills


  • High School Diploma College or previous experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Expert knowledge of Excel

  • Knowledge of databases

  • Experience with information management products is desirable

  • Ability to work full time

This particular role is part of MRD's Data Strategy team and will report directly to the Global MRD Chief Operating Officer ("COO").
