The Data Coordinator for Registration and Scheduling will contribute to the Office of the University Registrar by maintaining data and related processes that ensure the integrity of academic records while contributing to the mission of the University as a whole. The Data Coordinator supports student registration for special populations who require an elevated level of customer service. The Data Coordinator also helps support the complex course scheduling process that requires positive working relationships with departments campus-wide.

You will:
Support registration and services for special student populations including, but not limited to, those participating in special programs
Continually find ways to improve customer service for all students based on interaction with, and feedback from, these special populations
Research process improvements, make recommendations, and implement efficiencies
Maintain positive working relationships with academic departments to assist with course schedule changes
Maintain the records and systems related to student enrollment with discretion and accuracy in accordance with internal policies and external regulation
Implement and enforce academic policies
Collaborate with other departments
Coordinate registration-related processes
Provide backup support for routine office tasks such as registration issues and addressing customer inquiries
Promote teamwork, collaboration, and resource sharing across the Office of the University Registrar and other Enrollment Services areas
Support the overall operation of the Office of the Student Financial and Registrar Services
Performs other duties as assigned
You need:
Bachelors degree and two to four years of experience in a Registrars Office preferred
Administrative experience in higher education desired
Experience with Banner preferred
Experience working with faculty members and administrative/academic departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional presentation and demeanor is required
Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and advance multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and take individual initiative as well as the ability to work as a collaborative team member
