As a Data Control Coordinator in the department of Comprehensive Transplant Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, you will lead and coordinate data collection and maintenance for data for both internal and external uses. Responsible for completion of regulatory reports as requested. Generates reports and updates in an accurate and timely manner. Participates in the completion of proposals and request for Information for external parties. Responsible for using collected data to prepare presentations.

Educational Requirements:

College graduate or some college with medical business office experience preferred; ability to handle multiple tasks in busy office environment; problem solving abilities essential.

Job Summary The Sales Data Cooordinator is responsible for the generation of data & reports related to Sales & Marketing activity. This includes but is not limited to tracking consumer interest triggered by marketing campaigns, managing our various lead capture systems, monitoring & tracking daily inbound and outbound call activity. In addition, the position requires verification, uploading and overseeing the sales data so it can be used to evaluate business functions, productivity and redundancies in the various Sales Units. The Data Coordinator will work with management to safegaurd the integrity of the data and make sure the data is collected and distributed appropriately. The Data Coordinator will work primarily with electronic data and us complex software systems to maintain and organize data. The Data Coordinator is responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports, dashboard and analysis to document and track lead generation campaigns, status of the lead distribution pipeline, conversion ratios, and individual unit productivity. Duties Proficient in operating the Goldmine and Salesforce CRM system, design and software logic to conduct verification, generate reports and manage the servicing of leads and external stakeholders. (25%) Coordinate the flow and distribution of prospect leads for all direct lines of business. This includes tracking the lead from beginning to close. (20%) Responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports, dashboards and analysis to document and track lead generation. Campaigns, status of the lead distritribution and individual productivity. (10%) Data verification and review with Sales and Marketing stakeholders. (10%) Create templates and KPI for the contracted agencies and agent support team. Follow up with assigned agents GAs for information as needed. (10%) Monitor and update the Sales index resource page and SharePoint used by Sales teams for resources in daily tasks such as Eligibility screening, desktop procedures, documents for all lines of business, Summary of Benefits, Evidence of Coverage and Formulary etc. (10%) Create/update desktop procedures for the Sales team including daily tasks to complete Goldmine /Salesforce documentation, LACC appointments, CMC enrollment assistance. (5%) Perform other duties as assigned. (10%) Education High School Diploma in related field of study; or commensurate work experience. Experience Required: With High School Diploma/GED: 1-2 years of data collection and evaluation, formulating reports, documents, communicating with outside agencies/vendors. Required: Strong MS Office skills (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or other databases. Displays a positive attitude and professional image at all times. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good typing skills (45-50 wpm).
