The Data Control Coordinator will ensure information is collected, reviewed and input accurately and on a timely basis while working closely with the Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team and other representatives. Due to the fact that these databases touch all facets of the company's operations, the ideal candidate must be proactive, have a strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and solve potential problems and properly address or escalate.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Maintaining and updating customer, pricing, and data information within database
Compliance monitoring within Pricing Authorization tool and Customer Portals
Entry and maintenance of customers, items and any other identified data domains.
Analyze master data for inconsistencies and anomalies while utilizing independent customer, supplier and financial sources to verify master data
Assist other team members, and supervisor with analyzing and producing various report
Participate in team activities, including department meetings
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or GED
6 months of clerical experience, which includes data entry activities, such as entering products, vendors, customers, pricing, etc.
Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment and multi-task assignments and to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, meet individual/team deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Including Word, and Excel
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
