The Data Control Clerk II will maintain and update the Easy Metrics system. A person in this position works on a wide variety of tasks that may require them to exercise independent judgment. They must be able to define problems within the scope of the job and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
This position will be responsible for..
Perform duties related to maintaining department information in the Easy Metrics system; maintain department setup and reporting functions, monitor data to ensure Operations has correct information to manage metric and budget requirements.
Work closely with TMS, Payroll, and outside Agencies to ensure any and all teammate data is correct within the Easy Metric System at all times.
Extract data from the Easy Metrics system to compile, analyze, to assist Operations with information to manage budget requirements.
Train Supervisors and employees on department processes of using the Easy Metrics system, and KRONOS systems as it pertains to EMS labor tracking.
Develop training documents for new department deployment.
Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations. Report any and all unsafe conditions to the appropriate person.

Intermediate proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products.
