Data Center Engineer

Job Description:

Aqueduct is hiring a long-term contract Data Center Engineer who will be responsible for providing the utmost proactive and reactive support for Aqueduct Managed Services Customer based in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for helping maintain performance and availability for customers' storage, server, virtualization, and backup environments. You would also assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to their data center infrastructure.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks.
