Miami-Dade County is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Data Business Analyst Manager for the Program Excellence Division under the Public Housing and Community Development Department (PHCD). The ideal candidate will lead our data analytics efforts to enhance public housing services and community development initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in data science, analytics, and public sector experience, capable of driving data-driven decision-making processes to benefit our residents.
The CAO must prioritize the needs of our residents, using data to improve housing services and community development outcomes. The role requires a strong commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by our community, ensuring that data initiatives directly translate to enhanced customer experiences and satisfaction.
This position will be responsible for and expected to deliver the following:
Develop and implement data strategies to support public housing and community development goals.
Lead a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and residents, to align data initiatives with community needs.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
Pursuant to the authority in Chapter 8B of the Code of Miami-Dade County, when there is a declared state of emergency issued for any portion of Miami-Dade County, all employees of Public Housing and Community Development will be required to adhere to directives from the Mayor or the Mayor's designee to report to work and perform all duties assigned during a declared state of emergency.
