We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Data Assistant to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The Data Assistant will be engaged in all aspects of the Data Integration Team and will have responsibility on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. The Data Assistant has a primary responsibility of ensuring data accuracy, sharing data analysis results with all others involved in respective project and developing new processes to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness with adherence to corporate audit responsibilities.

General Responsibilities:
Complete all pre and post conversion work and preparation, ensuring data is accurate, complete and ready for conversion.
Translate data from current system to future system, identifying problem areas and providing options for a successful transition of data.
Create reports as requested/needed and communicate analysis results.
Continuously review data to ensure accuracy.
Monitor all projects to ensure all goals are completed within established deadlines.
Be engaged on all calls, discern what applies to the conversion and apply that knowledge to the process.
Identify, define and implement improvements throughout project life cycle.
Required Qualifications:
Experience or Knowledge in SQL
Excellent communication skills
Very detail-oriented with the ability to self-prioritize.
Ability to meet or exceed established deadlines.
Must have strong analytic and quantitative reasoning and enjoy problem solving,
Attention to detail and quality assurance required.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Willingness to learn new applications/tools to align with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with one or all the following products: AMS360, EPIC,
Benefit Management Systems, ZyWave, ImageRight/WorkSmart, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Programing Language (Python ETC)
Technical Excel skills
Ability to generate, execute, and interpret Excel Formulas, Macros, and Queries
