Determines structural requirements by analyzing operations, applications, and programming; reviewing objectives and evaluating current systems. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Individual draws business and quality insights from data through analysis, mining, and visualization. Leverages technical skills and creative thinking to solve problems and make quantitative recommendations to leadership and project team(s). Individual is responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, quality, and retrieval of processed data and develops understanding of complete product portfolio. Individual constructs detailed data analytic visualizations to demonstrate potential operational insight for customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops data solutions by designing; defining database structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.
Develops reports to monitor accuracy of the operational & technical performance of our teams, in order to ensure we have best in class reporting capabilities
Ensure talent management applications support the business needs by working with key stakeholders to identify requirements and lead system enhances to project completion.
Maintains database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; calculating optimum values for parameters; evaluating, integrating, and installing new releases; completing maintenance; answering user questions.
Provides database support by coding utilities, responding to user questions, and resolving problems.
Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed. Gather, analyze and integrate multiple data sets and determine how to effectively display and share information for end user reporting, KPIs and analytics capability
Monitor and report KPIs that measure the quality of our internal and external talent
Develop internal management reporting dashboards related to Human Resource functions
Maintain the highest standards for data ethics, accuracy, collection, and transparency in data collection and analysis methodologies
Other duties and special projects as assigned.

BA / BS in Information Systems / Computer / Statistics or other related field
5+ years' experience in system design and data analytics or similar role, presenting executive level reports
Working proficiency in Tableau, XML, SQL, data modelling, data architecture & components
Demonstrated skills in project management and execution.
Proficiency with Oracle
Must have good PC skills to include all MS Office products with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written & spoken)
Be a confident and articulate communicator, willing and capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels of the organization and from different departments
Must be a detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include public speaking, and be able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.
Must possess sound reasoning skills and have the ability to follow directions.

This position may work in various locations - both in the U.S. and internationally. Some locations may be subject to extreme temperatures, hostile environments, civil unrest, etc. Also, travel to and from work location may require extended layovers in unfamiliar locations. Potential for exposure to temperature changes, wetness, confined spaces, chemicals, grease and oil, working with ladder/scaffolds, working with hands in water, and working alone.
