Info Gain Consulting is seeking a skilled Data Analytics Project Manager to join our team supporting our Department of Defense (DoD) customer based in Alexandria, VA.The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of a team of individuals in the areas of Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence Development. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large and complex data sets, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations that provide insights and drive decision-making.Responsibilities Include:

Define project objectives, constraints, and risks.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable data solutions.
Mentor and share your knowledge with team members, fostering a data-driven culture.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by employing rigorous testing and validation methods.
Provide expert insights on data visualization best practices and trends to improve the overall quality and impact of dashboards.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen.
Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Must have a current PMP, CSM, or other similar certification in project management.
Experience supporting DoD customers.
Hands-on experience in business intelligence, data science, and/or data engineering.
Proven experience in both people and project delivery management.
Proven experience gathering customer requirements and delegating responsibilities and tasks to team members.
Experience with providing quality control of deliverables to ensure they meet the requirements of the customer.
Proven experience interacting with high-ranking government and military personnel, as well as experience tailoring management style to the needs of individual team contributors.
Experience working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
Technical Virtuoso: Proven Tableau mastery (Desktop, Server, Prep); solid foundation in SQL and data modeling. Experience with performance optimization.
Collaborative Communication: You bridge the gap between the technical and the business worlds with ease, tailoring your message to the audience.
Must reside within a commutable distance to Alexandria, VA in order to work a hybrid onsite schedule.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Tableau Certification.
Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive modeling.
