Organizational Change Management
Establish processes and standards for communications emanating from the Enterprise Data & Analytics team
Owns all external (outside the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team) communication channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, email, decks, Communities of Practice, etc.) for consistent tone, fresh content, and ease of navigation
Works with technical delivery teams to ensure that functionality build and deployed into production is communicated in terms of value to the business and not technical jargon
Collects and summarizes "wins" to IT and Executive Leadership through monthly briefings
Perform stakeholder impact assessments, customer journey maps, etc. (internal to IT, external from IT) as needed and owns resulting communication plans
Data Literacy
Through participation in the roll-out of data & analytics solutions, build a strong awareness of the people, processes, and technologies around data & analytics and understand how the organization consumes it
Establish an understanding of what Data Literacy is and how organizations benefit from it
Ideate opportunities for what a Data Literacy program looks like and socialize with leadership
Overall
Builds awareness of best practices and innovations in the Data Literacy and OCM space
Build in-depth knowledge of Data & Analytics and how it is structured to support Brooks
Demonstration of innovation and initiative - always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary
Bring a positive Run Happy energy and work with the team to deliver the best possible solutions
Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
5+ years of demonstrated training development and/or organization change management experience
1+ years working directly in a data / analytics organization
Prosci certified change practitioner preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
Expert in building visually appealing and informative decks in PowerPoint
Experience with SQL
Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another
Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departments' operations and/or morale; "connecting the dots"

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $108,403 - $162,605 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
