Title: Senior Data Analytics Specialist - HR Data Readiness Focus

Our client is about to start a very large project and needs an HR Data Lead to guide data readiness efforts for a cutting-edge HCM implementation. We're seeking a Senior Data Analytics Specialist with a keen understanding of HR processes and data governance best practices. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-sized projects and drive impactful business improvements through innovative data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data readiness initiatives, focusing on data migration, retention, and archival/purge processes for our HCM implementation project.

• Utilize your expertise to determine which HR data can be archived or deleted

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with data analytics strategies and standards across HR.

• Guide decision-making processes, providing insights and recommendations based on deep understanding of HR, HCM and business requirements.

Competencies:

• Contribute to the development of data analytics strategies and governance structures, translating them into actionable initiatives.

• Maintain and update data analytics roadmaps and standards across HR.

• Anticipate and educate others on data analytics trends, benefits, and risks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect information and access documentation.

• Demonstrate domain expertise in human resources processes and HCM systems.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive data analytics experience.

Hourly Rate: $65 - $85 per hour.
