You are:

• Lead and directly support team(s) deployed to organizations to help understand and evolve their current data strategy, omni-channel analytics capabilities, and technology needs

• Determine how to prioritize and execute insights and measurement strategies with an ability to assess value, make pointed recommendations, and deploy solutions that are clear and measurable

• Lead teams and manage clients through the deployment and utilization of personalization and analytics platforms across digital properties including mobile, web and apps. In particular, CDP and web analytics platforms

• Develop measurement strategies that tie organizational objectives to digital measurement solutions and communicate the value of solutions to a senior client audience

• Manage the strategic deployment and technical tagging and platform integration for digital analytics, data services, marketing, and other 3rd party applications

• Help businesses evolve organizational processes to better leverage data and insights to drive outcomes over time

Travel: As required for client support.

Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office

Here's what you'll need:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in data, measurement, and analytics with an emphasis on digital experiences / applications

• 10+ years of experience working with marketing, media, and performance data / analytics

• 10+ years of experience:

• Using SQL databases and R/Python/SAS or similar data management tools.

• with web analytics/reporting packages (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.).

• with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc.).

• Managing multiple project simultaneously and meeting deadlines

Bonus points if:

• You have prior experience working at a marketing service and/or digital marketing agency.

• You are entrepreneurial by nature and can effectively operate in a business development capacity to design and sell analytics solutions.

• Ability to pull together and execute a value case analysis / business plan with a senior level audience

• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.

• Proven analytical skills developed in a similar role.

• Technical understanding and experience deploying data / analytics platform solutions

• Technical understanding of identity and privacy as it relates to data collection and analysis

• Knowledge of Public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)

• Data science programming language experience (e.g., Python, R)

• Experience developing reporting and advancing data visualization capabilities with new or existing tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, DataStudio, Qlik, TIBCO/Spotfire, etc.)

• Experience with custom attribution modeling development and software

• Experience with omni-channel, full funnel analytics in transactional contexts like Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Consumer Banking, Consumer Goods or Insurance

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.

California $131,100 to $336,900

Colorado $131,100 to $291,100

New York $121,400 to $336,900

Washington $139,600 to $309,900
