Data Analytics & Customer Experience Intern

Responsibilities

Come join our team for the summer as we prepare to enter the market with a new product. Support Berkley Small Business Solutions' growth strategy by assuming ownership for documenting and executing user acceptance testing for the launch of our next product in the marketplace while simultaneously supporting other team members with other assigned tasks.

• Learn about customer experience and create CX Journey Maps for insurance products.

• Develop reporting for tracking agent's experience on submission portal.

• Learn UI Path (Robotic Process Automation) and help automate quality audits for policy admin system changes.

• Work with actuarial team for data collection, cleanup and analysis with SQL

• Apply innovation behaviors to identify, test and implement opportunity to continuously improve existing processes

• Contribute to the company's continued success by completing additional activities as assigned by management

May perform other functions as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in and pursuing an undergraduate college degree in Business and / or Data Analytics

• Ability to work independently or within a team successfully

• Attention to detail, organized

• Ability to accurately complete assignments before required deadlines and successfully manage short timeframes

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
