Job Description Summary

Responsible for assisting in coordinating business line reports presented to Senior Management and Board level Committees. Assist in managing workflow activities and deadlines and support in maintaining, organizing, and gathering information. Support senior data analysts in developing report contents, maintaining the review cycles, and assisting senior reporting analysts to ensure timely submission of the Committee Reports to Committee Coordinators.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assists in creation and distribution of various Senior Management and Board level reports. Complete any supporting documents accurately and within required timeframes.

  • Assits in maintaining the schedule and workflow for multiple reports and administrative tasks.

  • Facilitates and coordinates reporting requirements from multiple stakeholders.

  • Assists in constructing data metrics, statistics, and analyses. Provide trend analysis through the data analysis. Formats reports and presentation materials into established templates and style guides.

  • Conducts maintenance of databases and spreadsheets through data entry and file uploads, and performs verifications for completeness and accuracy. Maintains data files, archives, and documents library as well as manages the version control, updates, and approvals of key documents (e.g., policies, procedures, and audit plans).

  • Supports enhancements to functionality of spreadsheets and databases, including use of forms, templates, and logic functions (e.g., risk assessment tools).

Required Experience

  • Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Requires 3 years minimum prior relevant experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree


  • Ability to produce deliverables within required timeframes and quality standards.

  • Fair knowledge of project management and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Understanding of style guides and editorial process.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships.

  • Basic understanding of financial industry, risk management, and/or corporate security.

  • Ability to problem solve and swiftly escalate issues to senior staff when needed.

  • Keen eye for design and understanding of layout flows and infographics.

  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing security environment and prioritize deliverables.

  • Ability to condense information and transform technical data into easily understandable concepts.

This role requires a strong background in statistics, marketing measurement, revenue attribution, data analysis, and business analysis combined with the ability to explain complex analyses in ways that are understandable and actionable to marketing program owners. The core duty of this professional is to leverage their knowledge of Robert Half's business and our marketing programs to identify and propose ways in which we can increase demand generation by focusing resources and efforts on high-ROI programs and fixing or terminating poorly performing programs. The Manager, Marketing Analytics leads and conducts ad hoc research and reports on an as-needed basis, guiding marketing data analysts and business process owners on analysis and creation of a business case to support which projects are prioritized for research and reporting. This person should be an expert in Google Analytics and other tracking/reporting platforms including those used by our major business partners inclusive of our advertising and media buying agency, our social media syndication agency, our email and marketing automation partners etc. The Manager, Marketing Analytics leads discussions with business process owners to better structure programs from their beginning to obtain measurable results, and in general has cross-functional conversations focused on developing and implementing strategies and technologies to increase the ability of Marketing to measure and evaluate program success This role also includes development of standardized automated KPI reports drawn from that warehouse in partnership with Marketing Data Warehousing team and marketing stakeholders. Responsible for partnering with program owners to drive actionable recommendations on marketing program optimization Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree. Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or Economics majors desired. MBA or related master's degree (ex: statistics) preferred. * 4+ years of business functional area experience. * 3+ years marketing measurement and analytics experience. Experience creating web measurement plan preferred. * 3+ years working with Google Analytics or other web measurement platforms. Experience with Domo preferred. * SQL knowledge preferred. * Advanced statistical package experience (SAS, SPSS), business analytics Software experience (Domo, Tableau) preferred. * MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills. Business statistics coursework and work experience. * Excellent communications skills – must be able to explain complex analytics in simple terms. Must also be able to clearly articulate both strategic direction, and tactical actions to direct reports, IT team, and marketing and PR stakeholders. * Must be able to clearly work with marketing program owners to determine business needs and requirements and then translate that into research and reporting requirements for internal teams and external vendors. * Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with senior marketing leadership. * Demonstrated ability to construct a business case and prioritize project and resources. * Demonstrated leadership experience. * Highly analytical and qualitative mindset with proven ability to extract insights and excellent critical thinking skills. * Strong project management and problem-solving skills required. * Strong knowledge of marketing demand generation programs.
