What You'll Do: As a Data Analytic Solutions Developer, you will support the strategic vision and implementation of IT analytical solutions and the go forward Business Intelligence strategy. In this role you will analyze and model data using advance statistical methods and implement algorithms and software needed to enable the analyses and reporting solutions. You will be responsible for driving consistency and standards related to the methods and content of analytical information presentation, while helping mentor less experienced team members. This role will have high visibility, working closely with business partners and IT senior management developing and recommending data strategies, analysis and insights for improved business decisioning.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • College degree (Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, or Analytics preferred) or equivalent plus three years relevant experience required.

  • Two years of data analysis experience preferred. IT experience a plus.

  • Eager to learn and grow, be adaptable and forward thinking.

  • Strong analytical and logical skills associated with numbers.

  • Working knowledge of analytical and reporting tools, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Reporting Services, as well as an understanding or SQL and other data query languages a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Reporting Services.

  • Must be able to learn/apply new software and capture, analyze and synthesize data and report results.

  • Knowledge of data handling methods, development techniques and one or more development programming languages.

  • Prefer a working knowledge of ETL processes and tools, prefer Informatica, SSIS, or SAS.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including ability to take complex information and present insights to internal customers of varying levels of knowledge and authority.

  • Must be a self-starter who is detail orientated and able to prioritize and plan for the completion of multiple tasks.

  • A team player who is also able to work individually.

Responsibilities of the Data Solutions Consultant will include: * Maintaining marketing campaign data processes. * Implementing new processes to support the data needs of marketing campaign execution. * Validating data quality and trending of the marketing campaign data. * Developing and maintaining data dictionaries and other documentation, and sharing with business partners. * Identifying and analyzing errors/inconsistencies in the data, and providing timely resolutions. * Participating in requirement gathering sessions, and documenting process workflows and business requirements. * Working within an agile framework to respond to issues and support for campaign data.
