Data Analyst/Data Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Data Analyst/Data Engineer for an exciting InsureTech organization located in Raleigh, NC. The Data Analyst will join the Data and Analytics organization and will have responsibilities related to their Data Warehouse and reporting environments. The ideal Data Analyst candidate will have a strong background writing advanced queries in T-SQL and a good understanding of Data Reporting, preferably utilizing PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Data Analyst/Data Engineer:

• Assist the business by designing and implementing solutions related to a broad range of data sets used for reporting and analytics.

• Manage backlog and assign priorities to various competing initiatives.

• Develop solutions using Reporting and Querying techniques

Requirements

• Data Analyst/Data Engineer:

• 3+ years of experience with T-SQL

• Prior experience working in Data Analysis, business analysis, SQL development, or a similar capacity

• Must have a Bachelors Degree at a minimum

• Candidates must be willing to work 3 days on-site per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and 1 floating day per week)

• Must be able to work without Visa sponsorship or Transfer

Compensation

• Data Analyst/Data Engineer:

• Base Salary: $80,000-$130,000 based on experience

• Bonus: 10%
