Implementation and configuration of the infrastructure for the performance portal pilot
Design, development, and implementation (DD&I) of the performance portal using an agile methodology for all standard SDLC phases that includes, but is not limited to:
Validation of performance metric requirements
Creation of EPICS/User Stories
Creation and validation of dashboard and report mock-ups
Automation of data acquisition from a variety of data sources
Dashboard and report development
Testing integration, load and stress, and user
Deployment / publication internally and externally
Operations support and enhancement of the Performance Portal pilot


As a member of the agile development team, the worker responsibilities may include:
Meeting coordination including reserving meeting rooms, coordination of media needs, providing handouts, preparation of meeting notes, documentation of action items and distribution to meeting attendees
Data entry of statistical data as required
Participating in requirements gathering sessions
Preparation of presentations and diagrams
Preparation of requests for system and facilities access requests
Support and assist members of the development team in the development of user scenarios, test case development, test case execution, and user test coordination
Maintain/support Microsoft SharePoint site(s)
All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience as a system analyst for an Information Technology development project, preferable a data analytics, performance management system, or data warehousing project.

Experience creating diagrams and PowerPoint presentations

Meeting coordination following standard meeting practices, such as adherence to meeting agenda, documentation of meeting outcomes, and driving action items to closure.

Experience creating or maintaining Microsoft SharePoint Websites.

Strong
Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Strong
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong
Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups.

Strong
Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.

Degree or Equivalent
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience.

About the Role: The Data Analyst works with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, and then addresses those needs through technology, where possible. The focus of the DA is acquisition of client legacy data for conversion, collaboration across resources to effectively prepare project for delivery team and accurate, efficient delivery of projects.
