What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst Operations Resiliency Team you'll be part of our Operations Resiliency and M&A Team, a role within Strategic Sourcing focused on managing and analyzing large sources of data to then generate action plans and creative solutions across all relative sourcing metrics and baselines. Such as but not limited to business and category spend analytics, dashboards, scorecards, contract management tools, synergies, working capital, capacity, and risk. This role is responsible for creating data tools in Power BI that combines internal spend with upcoming deal spend. Once combined the data will need refining and the appropriate taxonomy created. This role will present project managers with situational analysis and recommendations for work plans. Additional defining, leading and monitoring projects to support business growth and integration, including but not limited to supplier capacity, supplier selection and on-boarding, RFI, dual sourcing, and pricing. It also includes the implementation of business best practice processes and compliance to relevant policies.

You'll get to:

  • Support team to design and maintain data systems and databases, including process and controlling policies to ensure data quality.

  • Leading the day-to-day execution of projects that deliver analytics capability as a strategic competency for SBD.

  • Working with business partners and IT to ensure stable and solid pipelines and platforms to/from analytics systems and applications

  • Working with business leaders to drive tangible, measurable business results from analytics

  • Bringing to bear the knowledge, skills, tools, and technology on behalf of the organization to educate your business partners and to develop novel, data-centric solutions that help foster a data-driven culture

M&A activity

  • Establish project governance, create project plans, milestones for due diligence, and integration activities

  • Culture assimilation for acquired business, including communications, training and development

  • Implement strategic supplier management, supplier risk management, supplier diversity, and CSR programs (leveraging Global Supply Management's Center of Excellence)

  • Five years of experience in data and analytics / data management tools and capabilities

  • Ability to build large data pools in Power BI

  • Successful track record of designing and implementing complex projects varying in scope

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with on multiple projects and teams while interfacing with business stakeholders to ensure value delivery
