General Summary:

This position is responsible for understanding the current enterprise data model and providing support in helping maintain and improve it. This position will work with business and data analytics stakeholders to design, construct, test, optimize and deploy solutions, focusing specifically on back-end data integration. The company is looking for someone who is extremely sharp, detail-oriented, highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Analyze healthcare and financial data to design, model, develop and test integration scripts for the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) platform.
  • Implement, schedule, monitor and support all related processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and update the EDW as necessary.
  • Perform gap analysis on financial, operational and clinical data.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports, dashboards and simulations for the business as needed.


  • Strong in MS Excel
  • Experience (0-1 year) in MS SQL (basic querying and joins)
  • Financial modeling experience a plus
  • Healthcare RCM/claims knowledge a plus
  • Highly analytical
  • Passion for solving complex problems


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in decision support/business analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities Include: The Data Management Consultant will partner with a team of professionals (employees, contractors and statement of work resources across the Enterprise) to support the Party risk and the regulatory reporting road map in the following ways: * Creation of requirements for new system functionality * Update and build BAU processes per risk and regulatory requirements * Support business partner Party data reporting needs * Facilitate meetings for the Enterprise Party MDM platform * Bring issues to management's attention with possible solutions * Grow EPIC as it becomes the APP for Party data within the Enterprise Data Environment This individual will be responsible for working with internal DMI and external business partners to complete the vision of Party MDM application supporting non-discretionary risk and regulatory work. The person will grow partnerships between Party MDM and the reporting partners to create and validate Party data is 'fit-for-purpose ensuring data quality is properly monitored and corrected in the application that is the source of the data issue. This work will require extensive business knowledge of Customer and Party data across the Enterprise coupled with strong data analytic skills to ensure the Party Master meets requirements and it create sustainable solutions. This role will interact with senior management, audit, regulatory reporting and WFT, and as a result is a critical priority for the Party management leader who wants to continue to build a team to ensure the data is fit-for-purpose.
