MileOne Autogroup is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will help us to enhance our growing analytics and business intelligence capabilities. The company has embraced and benefited from BI functions that have been implemented in the past 7 years, both in terms of units sold and profitability. This individual will help to expand data-driven processes and serve as a key member of the team that will set the direction for enterprise-wide BI efforts .

Working under the supervision of the BI Manager, the ideal candidate will have the unique opportunity to interact with internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders and vendors to create and leverage best-in-class business intelligence capabilities in support of business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

The Data Analyst position is ideal for a motivated and highly capable self-starter with a strong business acumen and sharp analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recommend, deploy and manage the implementation of business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting tools based on data available through a data warehouse and other sources as needed

• Use SQL queries, stored procedures, and visualization tools to create reports pertaining to marketing campaigns and website performance, customer interactions and other business performance metrics

• Mine data and provide intensive analysis of customer, marketing, and business data and offer actionable insights

• Create standard ROI campaign tracking

• Analyze variance in terms of actual vs forecasted metrics across sales and service profit centers

• Deliver insights to enable the business to act effectively through analytics

• Gather and confirm user requirements for various analytics projects

• Leverage available tools to automate and streamline manual reports

• Employ BI/analytical tools to identify current and emerging marketing, business, and automotive industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis

• Expert knowledge of Excel and other statistical and analytics tools (Python preferred)

• Expert knowledge of data visualization/BI tools (Power BI preferred)

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)

• Extensive knowledge of marketing and web analytics including Google Analytics

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and predictive modeling principles

• Proven record of delivering actionable insights to the enterprise based on data analysis

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
