Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is actively looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join their team in Herndon, VA!

This is an ongoing W2 contract with benefits and PTO!*

As the Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large quantities of data to identify opportunities and also respond to specific business questions. You will help drive decision making for their Used Car sales, marketing, and training programs. This team is looking for someone that can not only create reports but also presentations for a variety of departmental needs.

Responsibilities:

Analyze disparate data to identify opportunities and respond to specific business questions
Evaluate market data to identify more opportunities for sales growth
Interpret and apply data trends to a variety of broad concepts
Determine the impact incentives and training programs have on sales and market share on multiple levels
Review media and website data to identify opportunities and their impacts
Create sales reports for HQ and field employees

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of data analytics experience
Proficiency with Tableau, Business Objects, and Excel
Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus

The Offer:

Competitive Pay: Up to $41/hour, DOE
Contract Duration: Ongoing Contract
