Effective in building architecturally sound solutions for massive data volumes.
Understands data modeling, the differences between 3NF and Start Schema, when to use which and why. Can apply that knowledge to a variety of data subject areas and coach others on how to do the same.
Collaborates effectively with product management to frame up potential solutions to be delivered in the platform & coaches fellow team members on development through to delivery.
Amplifies the art of what is possible, by bringing forth forward thinking solutions.
Effectively communicates verbally and in written form, and has a knack for knowing their audience and catering the communication as such.
Champion company standards and best practices. Work to continuously improve solution delivery processes and practices.

Preferred Skillset:

Familiarity and experience with retail and/or loyalty data subject areas.
Background in Aginity Amp.
Background in principles of marketing and ideally, IBM Campaign/Unica.
Background in BI toolsets and concepts, including ideally, IBM Cognos.
Background in ETL toolsets and concepts, including ideally, Informatica.
Ability to interact effectively in a team environment.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.
Ability to coach & mentor team members effectively.

Continued Process Verification (CPV) is a global regulatory compliance requirement which focuses on ensuring product and process stability, control, and operation within the intended design space. This role will be a key part of the global Patheon CPV program dedicated to ensuring compliance and strong technical oversight of our products and processes. Candidate will have a working knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and systems, regulations, validation technical and management principles, and appropriate technical knowledge in the conduct of his/her responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Demonstrate highly effective oral and written communication skills and possess project management skills including the ability to engage the organization at multiple levels and organize CPV efforts. * Work with Business Managers and the business team with Technical Transfers, new business, or other situations as related to CPV. * Manage the scope, schedule, and reporting of CPV program activities for individual clients.. Ensure status, risks, and open issues are tracked and that all stakeholders (Management, internal/external clients, BM/PM, and regulatory agencies) are informed in a timely manner. * Work directly with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering and other functional teams in Patheon to ensure the successful implementation CPV monitoring programs and activities. * Serves as primary point of contact/communication for client projects for CPV program(s). * Clearly communicate goals and status updates to manager and project stakeholders. * Responsible to drive achievement of project milestones and deliverables for client CPV projects and site CPV goals. * Facilitate team meetings as needed on in-depth process and product analysis, risk assessments, decision-making, and other evaluations related to the CPV program. * Maintains reliable attendance. * Performs other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: * 2-3 years of related experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Development/Project Management/Validation * Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Process Validation for Oral Solid Dose, Liquid and/or products (2+ years preferred) in a GMP facility. * Demonstrated expertise in management of independent projects including timeline management, communication plans, risk plans, action item trackers, and project plans. * Experience is preferred using MS Project or equivalent as a tool to create timelines and monitor project progress. * Track record of working well in cross-functional environments, strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills. * Problem solver with ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution. * Experience interfacing with non-technical teams, external clients, and regulatory agencies in audits. * Working knowledge in Basic Statistic and how to apply statistical analysis for process and product evaluation. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Track record of working well in cross-functional environments. * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. * Computer skills:MS Office and MiniTab or other equivalent statistical software.
